Gothic Bite Magazine Interviews Their Writer, Kasey Hill

At Gothic Bite Magazine we love welcoming new patients to become part of our asylum. We question them and learn about them. It doesn’t matter what creative field they are part of because they’re our patient now. This week, we welcome Kasey Hill

Patient Name: Kasey Hill

Greetings! My name is Kasey Hill, and I am married with three kids and two fur-babies. I was born in Beckley, West Virginia and raised in Franklin County, Virginia. I am a Pagan/Wiccan/Witch. My sun sign is Pisces.

I enjoy going camping and fishing with my family for vacations, as my family is the most important thing to me. When we aren’t camping, we are gardening or spending as much time outdoors with the kids as possible during the summer.

Hotel Transylvania Goes Canadian!

Not many gothic cartoons out there, but Hotel Transylvania is a franchise Alexa Wayne fell in love with!

My Obsession

Hotel Transylvania goes Canadian and I’m proud! When I first watched Hotel Transylvania, I quickly fell in love with the story even though 3D is not my cup of tea.

The characters, the originality, and the breath of fresh air the subject brought were fascinating.

Inerview with Carter Buschardt from THE Bigfoot Field Researcher Organization

That film and a very few others have stood the test of time and scrutiny. The technology for the “fake suit and prosthetics” theory, needed to make a suit of that nature, did not exist in 1967. Continue reading Inerview with Carter Buschardt from THE Bigfoot Field Researcher Organization

Swamp Aligator

Swamp Monster Pt.1

The legend of the Swamp Monster is not as old as one would expect. When doing research on the monster itself, thinking mostly to be as old as Bigfoot, to my surprise the very first sighting of the half humanoid half leafy murky wet abominable monster took place in 1963 when a man and his friend were looking down from a plane on a swamp and discovered more than they anticipated. Paranormal Encounters

Paranormal encounters from people who tell their stories on TV from shows like A Haunting to Paranormal Witness. Do you believe them?

The Paranormal Trend on TV

Ghost stories, ghost hunting, and paranormal investigations are on many channels on television. We see it on tv, read about it and now it is slowly expanding.

It is not about the ghosts only anymore. If you do a little research now, you can either close your eyes or meet with the paranormal encounters.

Paranormal Is It Fact or Faked?

The unknown is either horrifying or fascinating. One reason is that we cannot prove if it is true or not so far.

When The Unknown Calls

The paranormal encompasses many subjects: Gothic, apparitions, monsters, vampires, nightmares, demons among other obscure things.

When one lives an unexplained situation often becomes obsessed with the paranormal and I always say it’s because of one word: the Unknown.

The Swamp Monster

In the South of the United States and around the world, there is a monster leaving in swamps and marshes. Here it is!

Not As Old As Thought

Hotel Transylvania The Series

Not many gothic cartoon out there but Hotel Transylvania is a franchise Alexa Wayne fell in love with!

My Obsession

When I first watched Hotel Transylvania, I quickly fell in love with the story even though 3D is not my cup of tea. The characters, the originality and the breath of fresh air the subject brought was fascinating.

Despite my obsession with Vlad The Impaler and Dracula, I was able to look pass that and fall for Mavis and her uncle Frankenstein… then came the series on June 25th, 2017… my jaw dropped.

Vampire Writing

Writing is one thing, choose the subject is another. Alexa Wayne writes about horror and vampires are the biggest part of it!

Start At The Beginning

When I was a very young child, I remember watching Sesame Street and my favorite character beside Oscar The Grouch was The Count.

I learned how to count with The Count! I like his appearance, accent which today might be seen as a little offensive. However, I believe my obsession with vampires started from that moment.
