Ghost Adventures is a series that captivates viewers. But its host, Zach Bagans, went a step forward when buying the Indiana Demon House.

Not long ago, Gothic Bite Magazine asked for people to share their paranormal stories with us. Some of you answered the call and now, here are some of your stories…

I Knew Better

It was the summer of 96 or better referred to as “The Summer of Hell.” I can’t help but to blame myself; after all, I’ve watched plenty of horror movies to know all the basic rules, but even then I ignored the most important one.

The Smurl Haunting

If you happen to be passing through the small sleepy town of West Pittston Pennsylvania, you probably won’t notice the half a double tucked back into the narrow sides streets.

It’s red and white panneled faded; it’s neighbors all too close for comfort in what was once a coal thriving community.

However, if you do, if you happen to travel that way you might find yourself standing in front of what is rumored to be a very haunted house.

The Haunted House I Grew Up In

For a very short time, I lived in a haunted house. It was my family’s home. It was the place of my dreams. I had an enormous bedroom all my friends were envious about. It was the most beautiful house because my grandpa built it.

I was raised by my maternal grandparents. My mom still going to college when she had me, was greatly helped by them. And so, here is the story of the haunted house I grew up in.

46 Welles South Street, Welles House

46 Welles Street – Haunted or not?

Growing up in central Pennsylvania, I didn’t know too many ghost stories. However, when my mother moved to Wilkes-Barre and I started spending my summers there it all changed.

46 Welles Street in the town of Wilkes-Barre Pa has been a haunted fixture in the community for generations.

I’ve walked past it as a child. The house itself seems normal for the area. It’s greyish asepsis siding and tiny front yard always seemed perfectly normal for that part of town.
